Bubbly is hiring a Head Barista to lead the coffee experience at our Nairobi café. Bring your passion, skills, and creativity to Bubbly and help us serve exceptional coffee every day. CURRENTLY WORKING IN FOOD SERVICE — CAFE • RESTAURANT • BAKERY WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience - Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista - Strong knowledge of espresso, beverage preparation, and coffee brewing methods - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong leadership, team management, and training skills - Knowledge of coffee equipment, quality control, and hygiene standards - Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment - Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
